Low E Glass Update and Installation Schedule

There are updates about the Low-E Glass Program and information about sliding door maintenance.

The Eagle Springs West Homeowners Association has received Program approval from the Eagle Springs West membership, completed the bid solicitation process, and awarded a contract to replace the existing glass in all exterior windows and doors in our building with Low-E glass. Resolving issues with the Vertilinc Mobile Access App

Dear Unit Owner,

This letter is in regards to the Utah law affecting insurance coverage for Condominium Homeowners Associations and you as an individual unit owner. Should damage occur to your unit, you are personally responsible to pay for any loss up to and/or including the deductible amount on the Master Association’s policy. The deductible amount on the Association’s policy will be increased from $5,000 to $10,000 effective 9/1/2022.

In the coming days, we will send Vertilinc mobile access to units in your building, excluding those managed by SRL and Vacasa.
